Er... looks like a camera that is defined inside the 3D meshes representing the a female body. But this don't tell exactly what is the issue, nor what is the game.
So, in short, it give no way to actually answer the question.

do you know where i can get daz studio 4.23 version

If this screenshot come from Daz Studio, then it's a chair-keyboard interface issue...
Camera are fully adjustable in position, focal and all.
