If you mean penetration, there is fairly little. But there is a ton of fetish play and oral with the player as submissive.

I came back to the game after some time and now I discover that theres easy mode, and I need to ask, what are the content I miss if I pick this option? (I was never able to pass the first domina)

Unless Disastrous changed it in the past 2 years, it does nothing. Masochist mode also does nothing.

That is true and a lot of those scenes are pretty amazing. I love the artwork and how the dominas make MC their kitty chasing puppy.

Still waiting for Shakie to woman up and tell Deka he can keep the commission money and she's done with him. Any artist worth their blood should know how "hard" it is to work on that kind of amateurish fetish fuel with something like RPG Maker all by themselves, especially when the heavy lifting was done by famous plugin writers in the RPG Maker community (Felski, Galv, Moghunter, Yanfly, etc). None of which are credited anywhere, of course, but this is to be expected.
I'm a bit sick of parroting this after 4 years on those threads. Artists should give it a try and see for themselves.

It would go as well as Yandere Simulator. The only difference is that Deka would dive in while already not caring instead of letting his hatred for game development fester in first couple of months. So long story short: Quite literally no difference at all as his current work if only longer delays.
Deka is truly a warrior tho. A failure at RPGMaker, a failure at Ren'Py, he's going for the trifecta with Unity.

tbh I would personally prefer shorter updates with no CG, as long as the replacement is choices, and fetish dialogues (similar to what SCC was)
and as long as its competent dialogue choices with lasting options and different paths
Honestly I would like more games like FemU 0, except I would like to add in different path choices eg; being locked in with one women would lead to negative escalating consequences or punishments from other women which can be avoided or sought after
so you would maybe receive gentle femdom/sex/rewards from your main waifu, while the others who are mad at you will dish out harsher punishments
a game that's not a misogynistic hate-men scenario, but more of its a world and your actions have consequences act like a creepy perv get treated like a creepy perv
I sincerely hope they complete the game. It’s a good game. I probably have 200 or more hours put into this game.
