i just thinked normal mode is too hard for me and i need to choose easy mode.
In difficulty description written that i will skip some scenes if i will play in easy mode... so i dont know what i will skip if i will choose easy mode and which difficulty i must choose, anyone knows?
i don't qualify to answer this, coz me not interested in the h-content of the game and only played the Arcanist class, only started playing fer combat feature and only stayed for the plot, that literally became an utter büllsheet late in story, dev kept plot-twisting until they might have twisted their own thoughts, they make "truth"/rule and then they break it in the very next 10 minutes.
only commenting coz ye might not want to lose fights more than ye have to, losses for plot r : 2 against 1st Domina - 10 against 4th - 2 against 7th (not sure about this) - 1 against 9th and 1 against 10th (unlike other losses the last 2 could be wins, the game would ignore the results and continue the story), and don't worry there's no game over if yer character lost all his 3 shards, as ye might have already figured
i only played normal mode and Arcanist class, in every playthrough, after losing 2 shards to Katrina, one gets at least 4 foreign shards, i traded 3 with Reaper for "shadowbound tome" that unlocks the skill upon use, went back to farm in Kat's catacombs until i get 20 eldritch pages and some materials that could be traded for foreign shards (coz ye 4 shards short) if sold to the Reaper, i think 2 shards r needed to unlock some skills in class branch of skill tree and 3 to buy the Yew staff from lost champion west in Kat's realm outside the castle.
craft 2 eldritch tomes with de 20 pages ye have, save game, use them (reload if ye have to) until ye get "eldritch schockwave skill" AND get teleported to the abyss (upon using one of eldritch tomes) where 2 chest lie with a strange ring that regenerates magicka. and congratz yer character is almost invincible!
when farming (before buying staff or obtaining eldritch pages) i would use shadowbound skill outside battle then emerge in a fight, did so infront of stairs to Kat's throne room coz ye can replenish the character hp and mp fast after 1 or 2 battles, shadowbound protects Protagonist from dying as long as it's active or his hp r higher than 0, but be mindful if Protag's hp r 0 at end of battle he won't receive any exp or mp (currency), i think i farmed until lv 6 to unlock the first magic skill "arcane bolt"
after that i had no issue in battles at all, ye can beat Katrina again right away after she weakens the Protag if ye want, later when ye craft another eldritch tome make sure it gets ye "eldritch storm skill" very useful to ensure fast battles against minions, and remember to always have shadowbound skill active outside battle as minions and Dominas with higher agility can one shot the Protag before ye can use it inside battle.
i just played this after a long time and i regretted it, if ye not playing fer hentai just walk away.

Frankly, I agree, the problem with Domina is that the developers no longer seek to improve and develop their characters. When I play, I have the impression that the game is more and more sided, and inventing a new lore during the game is a serious mistake, the game loses all its meaning.
here's a legit save before Mary fight for ppl who keep callin it cheat to beat her before crafting the weapon from LLavanya's seal
ye can check the character's stats and everything, i didn't even acquire anything from the corruption branch,
as long as ye don't deal her 5k of dmg she won't speak the first verse after which she becomes invincible, try it yerself
engage :
1.Magica Obscura - Start
2.Magica Obscura - End (to gain 50 tp)
3.Magica Obscura - Start
4.Magica Obscura - End (now ye should have 100 tp)
5.Shadowbound
6.Magica Obscura - Start
7.Llavanya's arrows (and she's one shot as long as yer character isn't grappled)
if ye hit her with the arrows while Magica Obscura - Start is active, she be dealt 30k+ dmg
if one using physical based class the arrows dmg is low because it's magic skill, only a magical based class can deal high dmg

In ToT i needed just to surrender to dominas who guarded floors and i liked it for 10 floors?

last i played, there was like a straight up devnote if you roflstomped her before the appointed time, lol～
it happens naturally depending on how busted your build is at the time. iirc the eldritch page class can just straight up grind infinite stats
yes they can, still in the provided save i did not grind for a single stat, i did grind for 2 eldritch tomes to obtain 1 skill and 1 accessory that r not related to defeating her, it was just to make all 3 bosses before her easier to pass.
it's fair to say Arcanist class is busted, but it's not fair to say it's cheating, Arcanist is a magic based class, their weapon and build focus on m.attack which amplifies the damage of Llavanya's skills
edit : i understand that ppl could get triggered everytime some1 posts about beating Mary too early, but the dev is the one to blame in all of this ;
game makes de player lose 5 times, then Protag gets to have a dramatic meeting with Llavanya who "blesses" and strenghtens him for the rematch,
ofcourse the player would get excited and try to kick the Domina's ass for the win, it's almost natural they try everything to take her down, which inevitably leads to that message from the dev that could confuses the player into reporting a bug or making joke about it

Thread search shows a few people saying pixeldrain link has one.
I used Mixdrop and had no issues

Agreed with the lore dumping being way too much too late. Imo the problem isn't the lore, it's that it wasn't introduced early on and paced throughout the game. The only parts I think should have been cut completely were the specifics about the villages and people. I think those would have been better saved for the Domina card game.

I have a question. In Mary's dungeon, I was skipping through dialogue and accidentally told Llavanya that I love her and that came back to haunt me all the way until Hora. Apparently I'm now forced to rescue Llavanya and there's nothing I can do about it now. Is there any way to abandon Llavanya or at least not rescue her?

My headcannon is that Domina is a game based on actually otherworldly seggs craving goddesses and every delay is them taking Deka back to their world to be their... "Champion".
Hey, don't get e wrong, I can't stand Mary and most of the other dominas. Madeline probably being the closest one to tolerable. It's just that I also can't stand Llavanya.
