What we have now is a very extended demo.
Does anyone know how to get more of the item 'Bone Sickle' that has the prevent Death buff. I had about 3 when I finished everything, wanted to get some more but haven't found it anywhere or dropped by some enemy yet.

My hope for playable Bestgirl to actually get her "would be balance breaking so she only has it as a boss" borderline-incivility passive grows.

I was stuck at the same place but figured it out. You need to talk to the guild receptionist at the snow village and that will continue the story. Pretty sure the entire labyrinth with the casino owner and succubi is a side/post game thing so we accidentally got sidetracked from the main story.

When you choose scene, you see their tags, i dont even remember any of scat scenes

The only "scat" is this pink goo from this one big ass fairy. She does anal vore and then turns people into that. There is a short scene where she does it to this king character before reviving him but I doubt it would be an issue even if you hate scat. There's no literal brown shit anywhere.
