I have a lot to say but since this is still a working project, I think it's best just to point out what's weird and should be addressed ASAP as well as commend the creator on what they've done right. Since I like to get the bad news out of the way first, I'll list my issues with this game:
- Janky controls - Not refined, odd movement for both the MC and other characters. Probably due to how freely they can be positioned during sex scenes. I would try to change it so there are multiple poses with limited posing that can be done by the player. I would look to the game 'Some Modeling Agency' for some inspiration on this.
- Janky Voice Acting/Writing- The use of AI voice models is innovative and I support the idea in general, but the implementation of it in this game is... well I would say just remove it until you come across better voice models. I'm not a fan of the weird Morty-like voice for the MC, it got annoying very quickly.
- Side note - There definitely needs to be some proof-reading for the script. A lot of typos and grammatical mistakes. If the creator reads this review, feel free to reach out to me. I can help with creating more natural dialouge.
- Graphics - This is more of a 'neutral' side, as its your stand run-of-the-mill Unreal game from the last few years. There are some areas that need to be polished for sure. But I will give kudos for using a unique environment that I haven't seen yet.
- Gameplay- To me, there's something more to this game than what has come out for a lot of similar 3D games like this. There are some mechanics in this game that help it go beyond just a fucking simulator which causes the player, at least at first, to be aware of thier surroundings. Right now, the MC and stepsister are banging around the house and for most of the scenarios, you have to keep somewhat quiet or the stepmom will investigate. If the stepmom sees you with the stepsister or naked in general, it's game over. The creator also put in some distractions around the house for the MC to use to stop the suspicion level from rising. Additionally, there are moments where the stepmom will interrupt only for you to have a limited time window to escape/hide. To me, I appreciate this as it adds an extra level of gameplay that I don't normally see in other games.
- Scenarios- Mentioned this already, as of this review there are 9 scenarios, all of which have to do with the stepsister. But it's clear from dialouge and currently locked content that there are plans for the stepmom and what I'm assuming is the stepsister's best friend in the future. There's various objectives within the scenario that need to be completed in order to advance. Normally these objectives are having the MC cum, the stepsister orgasm, hide, talk to character, move object to another location, etc. etc. There's enough variation here that I'll touch on more in my recommendations.
- Character customization- You can't customize the MC since this game is completely first person. But you can customize the stepsister and in the future, the stepmom and a 'best friend' (that has yet to be seen in game). There's a good amount of customization, some sliders available that I haven't seen in other games which is always nice. You can't change skin tone right now but otherwise you have a decent range of options. Just don't expect it to be like Home Together.
- Optimization- I'm running this on an RTX 3080 on epic quality and there are no issues. Obviously your mileage will vary but it seems this game is pretty well optimized in comparison to some of the other games on here.
- I hope the creator is here to read these because I think the game can become something good as long as they have a good direction in where they're going and what they want to do. I'd recommend that the following should be done in near future updates to ensure interest in this game stays alive:
- Focus on adding content for the stepmom.
- Get rid of the AI voice models until you find one that meets standard quality.
- Proof-reading, proof-reading, proof-reading. (I'm available if need be)
- In future scenarios, try to create more options for the players to do. Different paths to complete objectives. People like variation in gameplay if it can lead to different results.
- Don't be afraid to implement time limits, or even reduce times down for current scenarios. I like the idea of the door is second's away from opening and I have to make a quick decision as to whether I'm going to run or hide.
- More customization options- hair options, clothing options, etc. People like to create, give them to tools to do it.
- But if I were to emphasize anything, add more content and when doing so, focus on creating options within the environment for the player to use. The creator clearly already understands this as it's been implemented in some of the scenarios. Hopefully they keep on this track and evolve from it.
