In the end, I purchased the game on Steam (it didn't change the problem), but after deleting the base save, the problem was resolved.

It's also worth mentioning about the masterpiece that is Last Hope!
Unfortunately doesn't have the same level of interaction as DDsM, but it makes up for it with a good amount of content, easy to like characters, a great gameplay loop, a pretty cool story, and it's a complete game, which is unheard of in our industry. The guy is already working on another one and it's hard not to feel the hype
If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor

change the skins in the DWUYourStepSister folder and your first post will be correct.
Stepcest has always been in the same tag group as incest on this site (doesnt make it any better though)
