Continuing with Don't Worry. I really want to finish this, but in the effort of not overwhelming myself, I will have to cut the sharing route and personality choices until the game is done.

Update: Work continues in full, finished 3 scenes, 14 left. Will see when I can update the main page with the new information.

I will hold off from mentioning any ETA's going further, even though I tried to not underestimate the work involved, I still underestimated it by a thousand miles...

Yes, she does! In fact, I think all of the female characters I use share similarities to some celebrities, since I love how they look! (And fit the personalities in the story to a T, at least in my view).

If you choose to see from their perspectives, you will go through the whole scene during the story in a synced sequence and after every scene you will notice the hints easier since you technically 'cheated'. (Hence, instead, if you choose the limited perspective, you will just see hints which I think will be my hardest work ever, since I have to implement reactions to them as well). I think that's the downside of seeing their perspective too, making the game feel too easy. You can't have everything.

Only the main character's thoughts will be visible. Perspectives will shift throughout the story, but those are more limited. However, there will be an equal amount of perspective share between you the MC and the rest of the characters, and their decisions should in theory be affected by your personality test at the start as well as the choices you make for the main character.

Change of plans. I am postponing this project until further notice. Reason: Due to lack of experience (I overextended far too much).

I am now working on a new one for the past few days, and I think it will be the one I release as my first ever Visual Novel using Ren'Py.

Same tags, however, the scope (Read: Location) will be quite limited. I will probably make a new Dev Diary for it soon-ish.

Of course I have something to show for it, but I don't want to.

I can't abandon it, it's way too imprinted into my mind. But this one's very slow burn (And I mean very slow) and includes far too many environments to build (Easily overwhelmed, same with the Andarra Academy).

This current one, I've learned my lesson. Max two LI's, very limited environments (And yet very "spatious" ).

I love a well made slow burn story . Recognizing your own limitations and starting with an easier project is a good decision imo. I still hope that you will give the more complex story you had in mind here another chance once you gathered more experience with other projects. For now i am very interested to see what you are planning for the new project! I wish you a merry christmas if you are celebrating
