Why is it whenever thick character designs actually turn up the game is 99% guaranteed to be some fetish niche with either no or very limited sexual content.

Like damn I don't have an issue with transformations and such but why can't we have both the niche and sexual content. It's always one or the other almost every fucking time. Games that do both are practically in their own free market because of how rare the two things combined actually are.

I've known an artist who was known for doing a niche fetish (tickling) and he, too, lamented that people who were into it and commissioned it never wanted anything sexual in the art.
