just the main girl. the others are more just one off assist skills. they do sometimes pop up on stealth kills though

Not sure if you have to progress in the game a bit, but it's exactly one screen to the right of where the 3 homeless guys got attacked by those delinquents.

You'd have to go down by the water and behind the tree that's in front of a building that had 5 doors

while not an official translation, this game does work and translate with the free version of MTool
