HTML Download Hentai in the best quality with subtitles

Hi, I saw similar topics but I still wanted to ask this. I would like to download Hentai with the highest quality possible with English Subs. Whenever I try downloading this kind of stuff in Hentai sites like animeIDhentai, Hentai.tv or similar sites, the downloaded video doesn't contain subs and I don't understand why. Is there a way to download directly the video with subtitles in those sites ? (with an extension or something ?)

Alternatively, is it possible to add subtitles if my video doesn't have one ? If so, where can I get subtitles files ? I tried downloading torrents with sukebei.nyaa.si but there is a big quality difference between Raw and Subtitles versions... That's why I was wondering if this is possible to add subs in the Raw file directly ?

torrents are most likely the easiest/ best way.

I usually went for .mkv container format with (or without) subtitle streams included, so: soft-subbed. NOT hardbaked into the picture.
(well I did not use torrents but ed2k, but that may be is dead now?)

for pure subtitle files, I am not sure where to find them for hentai.
In the past I used a very nice Russian site which had Russian and English subtitles, for almost anything, but I could not find it again. and annoyingly did not have it bookmarked.
For anime (SFW), similar sites exist - just google for "ten best subtitle sites", but for hentai I do not know.

Once you find pure subtitles, it is no problem using them with raw files other than: if their timing was made for the base animation or for the animation including OP (/ED) = timing off.
Just download, unzip, then drag+drop the subtitle for that episode onto the video player with that raw episode already loaded.
Back from that Russian site, I often got packs with various subtitle versions, so you could choose the nicest ones.

Depends on the video player how easily mis-timing can be adjusted. (me dislike this in vlc).
