First of all, I know it is going to sound as stupid as it is but I have to make sure if I am allowed to download games from F95zone here in Germany. I just moved in Germany and the first thing my friends told me is to be VERY CAREFUL with my downloads as they knew I used to download hundreds of stuff in my home country.

So if anybody here (Preferably German) can let me know if I am free to use this site or not, I would really appreciate it.

Not sure what exactly your friends might have been referring to, piracy is alive and well just like almost everywhere else. Germany doesn't even have the most prudish laws against sex/pornography in Europe. There are stereotypes of "Russian hackers" and "Muslim terrorists" which might get you investigated by the police for reasons unrelated to this site at which point they also have to bust you for piracy and any illegal material they happen to find but even then it normally takes an explicit call by another citizen.

You definitely don't want to go beyond standard "consumer" level though. Distributing copyrighted material will draw attention sooner or later although you'll probably get busted by Disney long before any porn producer because they have the resources to actually use all the traffic logs they can obtain. To sum it up with a German proverb: "Wo kein Kläger da kein Richter."

So if I get suspicious for whatever reason and they run through my phone, computer etc. I can get in trouble when they find illegally downloaded products. In that case It is surely understandable but unless I am found guilty of anything or someone reports me to police, no one is tracking me down just because I downloaded pirated softwares, musics, torrents porn ?

Download = small problem, Upload = big problem.
Unless it's cp. Then it's huge problem regardless.

Use a VPN. They're like 35$/year.

VPN isn't really a solution

In every nation across the globe:
There are more criminals then there are police.
Police are also limited by law that prevents a lot of stuff movie cops can do.

When you are a police officer who are you going to focus on.
The guy who murder his wife and is on the run or some random nobody who download an iligal game.

It is a numbers game and unless you get extreemly unlucky petty crimes like downloading will be ignore by the simple fact there are a dozen other things that are just way more important.
Indentiy theft, selling of illial weapons, organs, slavery, prosistution and yes cp.
Cops are busy with a billion things that need there attention and general speaking a stolen bike or someone downloading superpowered from f95zone is really low on the list of things they need to deal with.
