You'll probably want to wait then cause MTool translations isn't the best atm, and the game keeps getting updated. devs re rushing to fix everything by the 11th, so an updated mtool translation might happen after that
I never tried it I did a virgin run since I thought you could unlock all scenes at the end but it turns out I have to manually unlock it. I'll just wait for major update at Feb 11 before grinding again, but you had one sex scene of the red guy if you choose to kill the king you get a scene at the end after killing Odin (Evil End idk if thats the right term)
I kept Iris's virginity because I wanted her virginity to be taken by the Red Guy before having sex with everyone. If their sex only happens at the end, I thought it would be better to have sex with everyone from the start.

Yes you have to use the "begging" option while using a female character. Iris herself can only initiate the scene if she has at minimum 30 likeability. Unfortunately Alfonse (the red-haired guy) only has scenes with the protagonist.
yes, you can use any female party member, just use Q, on Luka or the Lion guy, but you need a certain likability, think it's 30?
