PC-98 emulator to fast for Dragon Knight can somebody help me?

I go 5 steps or 8 steps when I push one time the key.

How can I solve it have read around and found nothing or maybe I haven`t understand it.

You can! Please give a solution step for step what I must change.

Definitely late to this, but I'm running this through DosBox-X. I can't remember the exact step by step process I went through, but I was following this guide for the most part:

. It still runs a bit fast for me but it's playable.

Personally, I'm stuck at a part where I think I may have blocked myself with a Golem on the first floor. I "Think" I needed to have mapped the whole first floor and talked to the old lady BEFORE going to the second floor. Whatever it was, I can't seem to trigger it again since I reloaded. Any tips anyone might have for getting beyond this point would be appreciated. *EDIT* I think I figured it out. I needed to explore around the dungeon area near the golem a bit more till the PC says, "Someone needs my help!"
