What I remember about it is that it featured the Female Sage as the main character, and that it's system was RPS (Rock-Paper-Scissors) style. If you lost a match, you got a Hentai CG. The CGs were definitely 2D, I remember that too, and...that's about it, sadly. Does anyone know the name of this game?

I have a little more information that I've recalled about it:
-It is not animated, and it is not pixel art.
-Using MS Paint, I (poorly) visualized what the main gameplay screen looks like:
(It might have been one circle on top and two on the bottom, but I cannot fully recall).
-There's a VERY small possibility it wasn't RPS style at all. It could've just been three choices that do different things based on the weakness of the enemy.

I changed the prefix to identify, on the grounds that I just need the title (and a screenshot) to confirm it's the game I'm looking for.
The only 3 hentai like Dragon Quest games that I know are OneShota Quest, OneShota Quest 2 and Shotamon Quest
