It's not about the program, but about your own skills. There isn't magical programs that will take a photography as input and, either return a 3D model as output, or generate 2D drawing of her in any situation you want. Well, for the 3D part there's programs that claim to be magic, but you'll fast discover that they have many limitation and can't give you an effective result with just one photography ; and neither with multiple photographs that weren't took especially for this.
