Games like this one that use AI to create human-like models, compared to anime-style, should also be labeled as "real porn" since they literally are meant to look like the real deal.

The tag isn't about "looks similar to", but what it is. If a game features a character that "looks" like a woman but is actually a man, you wouldn't tag it "female protagonist". The "Real Porn" tag is meant for content that comes from real porn, not that looks like real porn. It's about the source used to create the content, not the appearance of it.

Although the content is ready, I can't find the time for coding since I started working. It can't be said to be dead, but it has gone into a standby mode for a while. I think I will be able to find time after August 3rd. However, if I can find time in July, I would like to continue developing the game.
