You can take a look from time to time at my thread. I'll keep looking for such games and I may drop some recommendation. Have you tried Witch Trainer and Rogue-like: Evolution? These tick both boxes. Also, if you don't need to be in initiative in terms of picking the outfit, you can try Innocent Witches (much more developed game, inspired by Witch Trainer, done by team that was modding Witch Trainer) and Deviant Discoveries.
