AI games has the same creepy face on every single damn game. Oh and deformed limbs.

The pose is a little weird, but it still looks like a normal, anatomically accurate hand. 'tHe ThUmB's MiSsInG, dUmMy!' Yeah, or it could just be tucked underneath. You have seen the mangled abominations AI spits out, right? Wrong number of fingers, nails on backwards, digits merged together into one really thick one, that kind of thing?

...you mean the dick? It's normal in hentai games for the protagonist (or the person fucking them in female protagonist games) to become non-diagetically invisible except for their junk, for the player's viewing enjoyment.
