If the game is still running from the .js file in data, it should work on android. Can edit the file yourself.

Updated 7-zip don't know if that will appease microsoft scanner. Set file name back to default for easy extract/overwrite plug-n-play.

You will find the main js file in - DryadQuest-windows-0_16_0-public\dryad_quest-win32-x64\resources\app\dist\data

If you are on version 16 the main js file name will be different, rename the js file you downloaded here to - main.c5c83aaaa7e750e40c20.js

After that just copy it(if you want) and then paste the file into the data folder of the game.

Is it possible to use that on the android version

It should be possible to do yes. Although you will probably have to watch tutorials on how to do so because odds are you will need to use a third party app. Apparently an app called FilesByGoogle should help with this. You will be able to change the js file name and I am pretty sure it will also allow you to copy and paste the file into the game folder. I am not certain though because it is something I have never tried.
