It's too early to say right now (v0.2.2), but this game has a chance to be one of the best in its niche. If you like text-based RPGs, you'll probably love this one.
The writing is good, but the best thing about it is that the game doesn't throw walls of text at you, instead showing only a short paragraph or two at the time. That is a huge improvement compared to other text-based games.
Otherwise, it's a typical light, silly fantasy story with porn logic here and there, but it's still an interesting somewhat original setting.
Gameplay-wise, this is just fun to play, even without the NSFW content.
The dungeons are well designed, and aren't built on a grid map, which removes the unnecessary movement from tile to tile, and leaves only interesting rooms for you to explore. There aren't many rooms that have only lore/fluff meaning behind them, and even those reward you for exploration by giving you items.
The combat is actually fun and rarely dissolves into "spam one attack until the enemy dies". Some enemies can easily steamroll you, but it's not an unfair challenge, as you have a lot of control during combat.
I also like that you can choose whether to seduce enemy or just beat them up. I'm pretty sure that seduction is roll based, but I somehow haven't failed a single roll.
I guess the only two "problems" I have with this game are it's extreme linearity and, therefore, how slowly it's going to be developed.
So far, Dryad Quest doesn't have random encounters, so, whatever enemy you'll encounter, you'll have to choose between reading their sex scene or fighting them. Again, combat is fun, so it's a win-win situation, but you're still missing out on the scene without an opportunity to read it some time later.
And since it is this much of a linear game and it can't just throw same enemies at you as you move through the area, I assume that the dev will take more time to make every room, encounter or area more interesting.
