This game has been finished for a few months now. If I'm not mistaken, the latest version is V 1.2!
The developer even published the game on Steam.

Steam can not buy the game is Blocked^^
and ithchio have he the old 0.9 nice
so another one where people spend money and don't get their game

Or you can wait for a hero to appear and make the latest version available here.
The problem is that heroes only appear when the developer is famous. This game has been on Steam for a long time and has never been pirated!
