I think Patreon cucked the dev on that front. I could argue the new setting is more realistic and offers more variety (Girlfriend, Sister and Childhood friend) on the other hand.

Nothing to do with patreon actually, it's just that I didn't feel like getting into incest for the game, and I didn't want to limit the relationship between Avar and Elaine. So making her a "childhood friend" allowed for more freedom!

Can't affirm anything yet, probably not the first week if i'm being honnest. I've still have a lot of things to do. I apologize again for abusing your patience but I hope to do my best to give you an experience that was at least worth the wait my friends. Rest assured that I work on it at least 6-7 hours a day. (Except this week I was sick hehe)

I'm really happy to hear that mate ! The update is coming along nicely at the moment, I know it's taking ages to get out and I apologize again. But the update is coming along and I like the way it's shaping up! Once again, it's very different from the base game, so I hope you'll like this change of tone (temporary, of course, specific to 2.5) as much as the rest of the game! As far as I'm concerned, I'm doing everything I can to make sure that's the case.
I don't have a release date yet, because it's still a bit unclear, but I'm doing my best to get it out as soon as possible. In any case, it'll be during January, that's certain! That's my self-imposed deadline

I feel like you've earned more than enough good will to make us think the wait will amount to quality (and maybe some quantity?). Looking forward to supporting you once it's released.

You changing the style of telling the story or you'll be changing the tags and fetiches inside the game? Or maybe giving Avar more choices on what Morgane is doing with other man for example?

Keep in mind that it's always better to set a later release date and finish earlier than to not meet the deadline and be stressed out during the development. It's a loss on every front, cause it'll most likely affect your mood and productivity and in the end affect the product quality.
Managing expectations is really important in software development (game development is no different). One well known example is with promising free money. If I promise to give you 100$ and eventually give you 50$, you'll be disappointed, but when I promise to give you 20$ and I give you 40$, you'll be thankful and happy.
My advice is to set deadlines and measure your progress, but at the same time, take your time and avoid making promises about release dates unless necessary.

I'm glad to hear it! I hate when people enjoy a game and dev come with some kind of "remake" or "revamp" and change characters looks, personality, fetishes, etc. I'm thankful this will be continuing here.
Also, I'm curious about the new game look, can't wait.
