I’m currently working on Chapter 4, which brings several upgrades addressing many of the issues you mentioned, including:
A full AI rework: The AI now manages a 5-card hand just like the player. It can discard cards, hold some for later, and evaluates more factors to avoid those “stupid moves” you pointed out (like ignoring units).
Greatly reduced RNG: Randomness has been significantly toned down. Only units that rely on RNG as a core mechanic will have it meaningfully affect gameplay. Crit, block, and dodge rates have been lowered, and crits now only add +1 damage (previously, high-damage units could go much higher).
A full Codex: A new app allowing to view every stat and ability for every card and level — including cards you haven't yet obtained but have faced in battle.
Item System: You’ll now be able to buy one-time-purchase items that stay in your deck permanently, with no need to repurchase them.
