Credit goes out to Lain. Some of this mod's code, namely in the individual character galleries, are based off their code. I also used it as a reference whenever I couldn't figure something out.

Note: This mod has been integrated into the base game as of v0.19b and is no longer necessary. I have made a gallery unlocker mod.

That is normal. That menu is ripped directly from the characters screen in the base game and those characters simply do not exist at the moment. I imagine the space is to make room for future characters.
