Here are tips for the intro:
Grab the book near the bed
place it in the bookshelf
take all the recipicies in the other shyning points
grab the chair near the mirror in the bathroom
use the chair on the empty bag
open menu use one of the recipie (left or right part)
for the sex minigame where you have to break her vaginal crest i am stuck so...
