Can someone explain to me why people bother setting their porn in an already established universe with already established characters if they don't want any of the characters to look like they do in universe? You see the same shit with Tifa porn all the time, where they expand her ass and tits to ridiculous proportions when she's already pretty damn stacked. Just make your own characters at that point since you obviously have zero interest in these ones.
Simple answer : "to each their own taste"
Some people like it, and if you dont just dont partake, you are not forced to consume this media, but i feel like 4 elements trainer might be more suited for your taste
The main benefit of doing that is the creator of the game doesn't have to put as much effort into setting up a character backstory or something to get the viewer to have some emotion to the character. If the character is from an already established IP then the background is also already established.
