I swear I've seen that exact livingroom/kitchen setup in multiple games by now... is it a premade asset or something that creators don't bother to modify at all ?

This is one of the basic scenes in Koikatsu. Because Koikatsu scenes are very scarce, most developers are using them with a 'good enough if it works' mentality.

They could at least, like, change the furniture a bit or something. At least enough to make it feel like... "asset flip"-like...
