haven't played succulence...but here are a few suggestions:

Lily of the Valley
Anna Exciting Affection (haven't played this)

male protag:

Lust Epidemic
Peasant's Quest (a bit grindy in the beginning)

rpgm games are meant to be a bit grindy and "not too grindy" varies from person to person . you could also try the older icstor or icc games. they are basically VNs using rpgm(same goes for Lily and Anna).

haven't played 'Succulence' too...

But i spamming my game everywhere.
This is RPGM game without turn based battles. Still very underelaborated but with few arcade levels.
