Installation:
copy-paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Unity to File Explorer's address bar, press Enter. If for some reason you can't get into right folder, manually go to your system drive, usually it "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Appdata\LocalLow\Unity\" and delete "Joybrick_The Hardest Interview" and "Temp" folders there.
Unpack The Hardest Interview Proper Release.zip archive into some new folder. You can delete your previous installation(s) of the game. Before starting the game, make sure you have at least 36+ GB of free space on your system drive (where you have your Windows installation) because game will create Unity cache of that size!

Done, you can start TheHardestInterview.exe and play!

Thank you, could be done much faster but devs made 66 separate archives with interviews data instead of one big archive with everything. I didn't find a tool that allow properly batch export/import from Unity archives using cmd line, so I had to use GUI tool manually for every archive to export subtitles then translate it with my Python scripts and then manually import it back and recompress archive. A lot of tedious manual work that require attention. I said that I started working on the translation in your old topic, it was like 2 months ago? Lost count of time

Please test the game as I didn't have time to play it, only tested several interview scenes.

Tried 2 of the 5 Star Girls but the girls are not translated. Menu, Laptop, Questions, overlay was ok but the Vids with the answers where not. The Parts in your Picture 3 and 4 are not translated here. DLC Is Loaded at the start and Language is in simple chinese, the UI is OK.
Reinstall everything to a new path now...

why language is set to Simplified Chinese? It's not translated because there were less subtitle files with it so no point. Main language is Traditional Chinese, and I translated all subtitle files with it. See "Troubleshooting" section in the first post, I specially created it foreseeing such a development of events

Most likely files in "Content" folder were not replaced by files from the "TheHardestInterviewET.zip".

I did a clean test. I unpacked the game from original archives from TG to new place, erased Appdata\...\Joybrick and Unity folders. Then unpacked "TheHardestInterviewET.zip" to the game folder, replacing files.

Then I recorded a video with OBS how I start and play the game from the begining.

Do I have to start an entirely new save for everything to be completely translated ?

Okay guys, I think mystery is solved. Most likely you have problems because this game (or Unity in general) caches used resource files in "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\Joybrick_The Hardest Interview\"

Before doing clean test I mentioned above I erased that folder. When I did first interview with girl in demo video I posted above and exited game, big unity resource file with name "__data" with size of 703 megabytes appeared inside that folder in several letter-numbers subfolders. Then I did another interview - second unity resource file "__data" in another letter-number subfolders appeared. These files are renamed "dlc_model_0XX_asset_assets_all_xxxx.bundle" from "Content\Model_0XX\Asset\" folder. So, when you played untranslated game before, it cached all untranslated data files inside Appdata and CONTINUED to use it even though you unpacked translated .bundle files into the game's "Content" folder.

TLDR: go to "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\" and delete "Joybrick_The Hardest Interview" folder. I think you DON'T need to erase savegame files in "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData\"

You're completely right, that solved the problem, although it seems the picture/video redeem prompts are still in Chinese.

Damn and I deleted almost every Folder to find the Save File but not the Unity and I didnt look into it -.-
And had almost 32gig oO
Works fine now, everything complete translated ! THX again

Some small things are still untranslated, I will fix it later. I can't just blindly translate all chinese text I found with regexp inside textassets of the game to English because some of that text are names of different databases fields and game code expects it to be in chinese or game just doesn't start.

I don't know. Most likely you have to modify game's code and it's not that easy as with Renpy games.
