Entry Point Not Found

Can someone assist me. I have gotten an error on several games in which I'll play previous versions with no issue, but the next I get error saying 'Entry Point Not Found'
and 'The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library' 'H:\games\*name_here*_Windows\UnityPlayer.dll'
I've tried updating Unity but it says I have the latest version. Not sure what else i can do without some help. Any will be appreciated.

Too old Windows version probably.
I saw such errors when trying to run newer Windows 10+ only software on Windows 7/8.1/very old 10s.
Also Unity can't be updated unless you made the game yourself, it's shipped as is.
