I do not see Violated Heroine on that list. You will not find it on this site though, and your rendered clothing options are limited to one palette swap and nudity.
I don't think it fits every single criteria but I think Vitamin Quest fits a lot of them. Then again I'd be really surprised if you haven't heard of it before.
