Unzip and move the included "game" folder into your SnowStorm main folder.
The included file "0CheatMod.rpa" should then show up in your "game" folder.

There is a sign in the lower right corner to open.
To close you have to hit the raven on the left side.

Last 7 scenes of Bloody Bears are still locked in replay room. Others are unlocked with no problem.

Keep the mod installed and put this file below in the main "game" folder.
Should unlock everything in future versions as well.
