It's really solid so far. My main issues right now are 1. there's too many boring outfits. Too much gray/beige, girl needs some color or at least the ability to edit the colors. Plus of course more outfits which you're already working on it seems. 2. Maybe i'm the minority but this game feels awful with mouse and keyboard, and controller support seems to be broken. Movement works and so does fulling the bar during scenes but you can't interact with the controller or move the camera. Otherwise the model looks great and I dig the concept. There's a lot of potential with this game.

text speed way too slow, and cannot be skipped

You can move the camera center during sex scene with AWSD. Every sex scene has 1 free cam and multiple preset cams.

I don't know if there are still people having trouble starting it, But for those that still can't start the game because of crashes the one fix I did was Update my GPU drivers. At least it work for me but I don't know if It's a sure fix.

Try to update your GPU driver and go to "Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us" folder and run the UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe.
