It's not referencing another game bud. Read the three lines the MC is thinking to himself a bit more slowly... he's referencing a story from a friend about another two sisters and comparing that with the situation. The friend's sisters didn't "do things" with each other either. See my notes in orange below to clarify a bit:

1. and i've seen it, just that those were more or less random reports of games with ic-patch to patreon who then shut pages down and started investigations.
2. well it looks like patreon is trying to get rid off porn.
not just laziness, on other game sancho modded getting 1 scene would have required playing whole game again since opportunity for that scene happened on late game.
closest are nursing and amnesia but on those it was friends sharing on 1st and 2nd it was either of sister until on epilogue (so we don't know if it ended on 3some) and on pine falls it was just friends again.

Usually, if someone provides a service to others they try to produce something that is desirable or needed. If they take pride in their work they will want feedback to gauge the quality. When that kind of quality is provided free of charge... Well... Most folks would consider it unsavory to berate or belittle said product or service. I guess I'm in the most folks category... I don't know what problems some people have with the developer's games. The only way I can explain it is that they see some wasted potential. To be honest ... his games entertain me every time ... and if you're short of cash then they're even completely free. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that 80% of the games available for download here are worse than what the boy delivers, at least. The man delivers 5 games in the same time as some colleagues deliver half a game ... and are still not finished ... and what I really appreciate ... he doesn't even bother me with freerooms or answering school assignments.

The problem is the games start out really good and fun. Towards the end he takes a massive shit on them.

entertaining yes but his games since mga have been very vanilla added with some supernatural trick and around after ~halfpoint story just becomes predictable and boring near end.
Leaving the player unsatisfied with the feeling in his head that more would have been possible in the end .... that's what the boy does in every one of his games ... maybe that's such a kink from him personally .... but you actually know that too ... so if you've ever played one of the games .... speaks somewhere for the developer ... that it bothers you ... only when games are really bad do you really not care about the ending, I think.
I have to reject Riley to be with Lilly ? i did reject her cuz the game made me think this was a must

Work on Episode 11 is going great so far, there is still some work to be done including testing, voices and so on but the bulk of it is over. As perviously mentioned, this Episode is centered around Heather, Riley and in a smaller amount on Lilly.
Episode 1 will also bring Clara's ending. I said it before and I'll say it again, this was not planned and it's mostly for testing purposes for the new way of doing the sexual scenes and how they work. In order to get to see her scene you will need to have previously slept with her, check the walkthrough for that if you're unclear. So far it looks very good and promising, seems to work great but I will also need some feedback on it when it's out.
