Error on RPG Maker old games on Windows 10

I'm having trouble running a game made on an old version of RPG Maker, whenever I try to run the game this error occurs and I would like to know how to solve it, the error is this: DirectDraw Error (DDERR_NOEXCLUSIVEMODE), how can I solve this?

Try running the game in compatibility, preferably Windows 7, this has solved this problem for others.

This error also appears if you're running a system with multiple GPU's. (eg crossfire/SLI)
Try disabled it for a short period while running the games.

OK, I'll try, even though I've tried to do this using W7 compatibility, my laptop is pretty simple using a conventional Intelgrafics GPU
