VN Ren'Py error when loading RenPy games

i have pc with windows 10 for playing renpy games at home, when i travel, i'll switch to my laptop with windows 10. usually if i want to continue my games at laptop i will upload save folder from my pc to cloud, download it in laptop and paste it to 2 locations in my laptop: first in RenPy folder in user>AppData>Roaming>RenPy and second in game folder, usually it work perfect without trouble.
recently i upgraded my laptop tp windows 11, and now everytime i doing it and loading my games it will show error code.
any solution for this problem ?

what is the error you are getting there should be a trackback log text file and a log text file where the game launcher is at

just for reference you don't have to put the save in user>AppData>Roaming>RenPy you just need to put it into the game/save folder
renpy will look for a save inside the game folder first then user>AppData>Roaming>RenPy I never had to put the save file inside user>AppData>Roaming>RenPy folder
