Basically, you enter a room, and if the "monster" (basically an "you", but red and scary) is there, an ear rape is played at first, then you must escape (4~5 rooms) the monster while a "being chased" sound track is played (note: escaping the monster is not as easy as it sound), and if you get caught, another ear rape is played.
Since the only other sounds in the game are opening something or getting an item (and also the "resist" mini game), and maybe another one that I forgot, such moments of chase are pretty notorious.
