Also, at the start of the game, she mentions that one of her minions instructed her to wear panties, which she usually never does. A plague upon this specific individual.

I had the same issue, turns out if you talk to the NPC that gives the quest while you are blocking her way to the closet, the game just soft locks. Just talk to her without blocking the way, the event should trigger normally.

From the time I played demo 0.19 until today...
bought version 1.0 on steam I was a bit disappointed because there wasn't much new content. And the last CG feels like it was created by AI.
