imo the purpose of the points were to develop a single trait instead of all. But due to updates releasing in orders, players can't figure out which trait to focus on because we don't know which one we will gonna need in the future. For example, If I knew I would need to transfer AP to EP to get to LVL 3, I would have saved my AP for EP. But at 0.2, I couldn't have known. So I just spent my all my AP. And now in 0.4, when I need the extra AP, I'll have restart to spend them again differently.I know, I remember the scenes were concise and single image so I come to the same thing, the scene feels somewhat disproportionate.
P.D: I could mention the change in the points that are now only given once for each action, but for how it has been developed I think the author did it to get players to explore all the dynamics of the game instead of generating more variety in a single dynamic.
