Whenever i see art with really weird looking dicks in it i wonder if the artist used their own as a reference frame or if they just suck at anatomy. I sure hope this artist just sucks at anatomy.

Seeing as this beats the world record for largest human penis, it is very clearly not the author using their own as reference. It is instead wish fulfillment.
And that is fine. Fantasy is meant to be enjoyed
Every time there are huge boobs or dicks in a game people come out of the woodwork to kinkshame.
