for some reason i cannot complete quest "meet hannah 6-11h and 13-17h" cause i cant find her at school
i comleted all other quests except Lucy that requires meet hannah and Ronathan cause i havent 5000 to buy laptop yet

Go down the alley, eventually you will run into "bad" guys and when you try to run, they will capture you. That progresses that part. I won't spoil what happens but that's how to do it.
