Figured it out. There was nothing wrong with the installer file. Had to update Adobe AIR again.

In hindsight, I'm not sure this update was worth it from ver 183. I'm getting weird pop-up windows now... :S

We can block the ad with firewall, but frame is still loaded, it is inside flash code and don't require internet connection.
The way to remove it is go inside code and delete the part which it loads the frame, and its actually easy.
1. Get

You must be registered to see the links

2. Open kisekae.swf with that.
3. Open scripts folder, Remove Air_HtmlLoader.
4. Save it, boom it's removed

This method take care about frame itself, not ad. the frame is still called in code, but loader is missing, so ad can't load too.

You downloaded the wrong thing, you need to download the .exe installer. Where that is I do not know.

I hate GitHub. That site is pure ass to navigate.
