Heyho, why does it alway reset my penis size to 17 cm meanwhile i chose tiny?
That is a great question. Due to some of the mechanics in the game, a minimum dick size is required to make everything function properly. The tiny dick size should probably be removed from character generation. In fact, due to the events and stories in the game, several of the smallest sizes should be removed. skybarbie will most likely fix this. Thank you!

Would'n it be better to adapt the events and stories to the game than the contrary?

In theory yes, but in this case probably not.

The stories and events would have to have separate text and/or dialog for several parts to accommodate the different dick sizes. It would almost result in branching storylines at times (which aren't bad, just more work). It would take a great deal of effort to implement this.

Plus, the slave training would have to be changed or new options added. If the player has a tiny dick he really can't train the girls in oral, vaginal, or anal sex with his dick and would have to resort to using dildos instead. Parts of the slave training would have to be overhauled.

It also interferes with some of the math calculations for sex. There is simply a too wide of range in dick sizes to make it work without a partial sex overhaul.

Since doing all of this would be a lot of work for little gain (few players want to play a character with a tiny or small dick), it simply isn't worth doing what you suggest.

I hope this makes sense.

How many clients can a whore/slave serve at the brothel and how do I increase the client base? Also how do I increase the madam's dominance?

I've seen up to 50 in one day. The more the girl works in the brothel the more clients she'll get and the more money she'll make. You can encourage your whores and slaves to work harder. The madam will get an increase in domination when she first takes on the roll. I don't believe there are any mechanics to increase it beyond that but it isn't a bad idea.

To increase the client base you can advertise, in the cofee shop or with the computer at home.
Thank you for the replies now my brothel earn the kind of money that match it's hype, as for how to raise the madams dominance it apparently happens daily without input.

I'll probably be making one small content update to increase the version number and then retire from developing for the game. There are multiple reasons for this but it largely comes down to the community here. I'm very unimpressed with the player base on this site (the vast majority anyway). Players rush to criticize, complain, and ask for new features but are dead silent when it comes to giving praise and giving positive feedback. Very few of the loyal fans of this game even bothered to write a review.

I was shocked (yet again) when noobtrain released Part 3 of the Pool Girl story and got almost nothing positive from players. He added a good 4 to 6 hours of story to the game and it was both brilliant and excellent. Since that update was released, the game has had several haters posting on this game thread and writing hate reviews. It was the opposite reaction from what should have happened. Yes, the game has flaws and there are plenty of things to complain about.

Only roughly 9 players have been liking the release posts which indicates a very small fan base. Due to two recent hate reviews, the game has dropped to a 3.5 star overall rating (at the time this message was written anyway). Most players automatically bypass games that are rated below 4 stars. To be honest, I do also except for rare exceptions (nearly every time I've tried a game rated less than 4 stars I ended up regretting it). The game certainly isn't for everyone but, in the end, the players ended up killing Evil 2. Players who aren't willing to read the OP to gain the information necessary to have a positive experience or decide if the game is right for them or not. In fact, one of the haters in the forum could have saved themselves a lot of trouble if they would have simply read the Game Overview on the OP. Getting players to read anything takes a miracle sometimes.

There are a multitude of cheat codes for players to use to customize their gameplay experience. Up to 90% of the grind in the game can by bypassed by using cheats if desired. For example, all one of the hate reviewers had to do was to enable cheats and the NPC stats would be shown on the screen. There is also a beginners guide linked in the 'Developer Notes/FAQ'. When players just click on the download links and don't read anything, they are at fault also IMO.

A constant problem is the game being compared to Girl Life. They are very different games. Girl Life has been in development for over 6 years with an entire team working on it. It has had at least 20 times the development time put into it as this game. Honestly, I like both games but prefer the Evil 2 gameplay better.

Players could have helped keep the game going but the vast majority of players just "take" and give little to nothing back. Like I said, I'll be doing one more release (small) and then retiring from the game like noobtrain did. He worked his ass off for two full months and got almost nothing in return for it from players. Instead, he got haters in the forum and two hate reviews. That was just for Part 3 of the Pool Girl story. He wrote Part 2 also as well as added a ton more to the game last year (Family Trouble story for example).

I apologize if I sound negative but these are my thoughts and feelings and I want to be honest with the few fans left of the game.

I did make a few improvements to factories. The warehouse limit is now 500 instead of 5000. If you have inventory in stock when a contract ends, it gets sold back to the previous contractor at a huge discount. You then start with no products in inventory since you generally have to retool for the new contract with different products being made. It wasn't very immersive to keep warehouse inventory from the previous contract and use it for the new contract. Players will have to manage their factories and warehouse inventories better now.

I've also added a new feature to the Computer menu to allow players to replay all of the events and stories in the game. I had to revamp some of the earlier events in order to make this work properly (mostly the events done by jessicajones which were coded a lot differently than the ones done by noobtrain and myself).

I'm not looking to get thanked or begging for feedback at this point. So many comments get misinterpreted it isn't funny. That is not the point of this post. I'm conveying my thoughts and plans as I will retire soon also (regardless of any responses I get, just to be clear. This isn't a ploy for praise or feedback).

I do greatly appreciate those who have supported this game and have been helpful to other players! Thank you!

The blessing/curse with this game and to some extend other qsp games is that they are what can be compared with games like Dark Souls or Hearts of Iron 3 in that you actually have to git gud in order to play them and since it is a sex/porn game a lot of people look to get instant gratification which this game most certainly does not give but if a person want a more pronounced sense of achievement this game will give just that.

There are a couple of others QSP games, Clean Slate, those two games by that Ukrainian dude, Jack-o-nine, and probably something else that I'm not thinking of.

As for the thing about releases and a lack of positive feedback, I do appreciate the bug fixes, the cleaning up and so on, I do appreciate that issues that get reported do get fixed a lot of the time. That being said, I have never reached the Visual Novel point of the game that you have been working on, it takes fantastical amount of money and I see money in this game and a balanced economy to be the end-goal. This makes me uninterested in cheating for the sake of money, because it in my opinion takes away the core gameplay. It might all be beautifully written and a really touching story, but I wouldn't know since to me it's just a bunch of image-bloat so far into the future that I'll never get to it. I also am not a huge fan of how my friend Kevin Smarts was treated when he suggested converting images and videos into a format that doesn't take up as much space.

I am however sorry that this made you feel unappreciated, I really do love the base game of EVIL and you and the other authors did a lot clean that game up. The VN style content was not what I was hoping for when the development of this game continued, but that is not really an excuse act all negative about it. So I am sorry for that part and I hope you all the best in the future, including more appreciation.

Thanks GM for dragging me back when I had got so annoyed that I was never going to post here again.

I have to say I'm bitter sweet about the GL comparisons, on the one hand yay me and the team for making Girl Life the benchmark but the very last thing I would want is for it to harm development of other games. Game developers should be lifted up and encouraged.

I'm in the same boat as GM when it comes to the new content, is so post game that I'll never get to it. The only way to do so is to cheat in all the stuff. I feel that this is a mis-step but could have been avoided and fixed all the ratings problems simply by callin it Evil 3 and ditching all the early part. Just start as the mansion owner with all the goodies, cut the excess media that is used in Evil 2 so your dl isn't as bloated. This way you'll have all your players playing the new content that you've spent so much time and effort crafting, you don't get players marking you down for the old content or the confusion when some players simply can't find any of it because they are playing the old stuff. You have a clean slate, the reviews would be for Evil 3 in a new thread with just people playing the content you are making and which is met with very postive feedback. If they dare to say "Its not GL, I don't like it" then you have my permission to tell them to fuck off.

I don't know if you'll take my advice or not, I get the feeling that Skybarbie is done with it regardless and my efforts to help in the past have not been taken in the good faith in which they are offered, but I've been with GL for 7.5 years so hopefully I've learned something helpful along the way.

What ever way you move forward I do wish you luck both for the developmet of Evil and those working on it (here and in future endeavours).

I really feel for the developers. This place is so toxic. I'm pretty trigger happy when it comes to the ignore button so I probably end up missing most of the conversations that go on around here. Unfortunately the developers can't really do that as they do need to read through all the tripe to get to the tiny bits of useful info like bug reporting. Sad to see more good developers leave but they don't owe anyone anything. They need to take care of themselves. Developers that get paid are obviously another story.

Gizmoman - I apologized to Kevin Smarts about that incident long ago. It has long since been resolved.

As far as the events and stories in the game being too hard to get to I disagree. If you earn enough money to purchase the brothel, do that first and get most of your whores and slaves working there. Then, save up to purchase your first factory (mid level to tech production). Once your first factory is fully upgraded and pumping out 10,000 to 38,000 caps per day, purchase your second factory and keep going until you have half a dozen factories or more and you'll quickly be able to reach all the events and stories in the game (without resorting to cheats). The brothel and factories are your biggest money earners in the game by far (even after the factory overhaul which nerfed them).

Players who just want to get to the events and stories in the game can easily get to them quickly using cheats.

Kevin Smarts and others - You are missing a lot by not getting to the special events and stories in the game IMO. If you choose not to play them that is entirely your choice but saying they are nearly unobtainable is a far stretch.

skybarbie and I already know what needs to be done to make the game work long term. We've had several discussions about it and even had some in this game thread. I even made a comment a while back about doing what Kevin Smarts suggested.

https://f95zone.to/threads/evil-2-v0-64-community-project.41582/post-10100224

I'm not going to beat a dead horse but I acknowledge and fully agree with what skybarbie posted. Unless a very boring and lengthy overhaul is done to the game (which would take months), it is probably best to retire the game at this point.

I've said this in the past but at times I've had as much fun developing for the game as I have playing the games on this site.

Perhaps another developer will pick up the game at some point but until the game's weaknesses are fully addressed they will get the shit beaten out of them by players.

The main problem of this game is here :
This game is an open world QSP based RPG style game. Much of the inspiration for this game comes from the original game EVIL with similar game mechanics and storylines. It is a lot different than the story based visual novels where your hand is held throughout the game experience. No hand holding is done in this game. All choices are up to you. You carve your own path in this game and you basically build/create your own story.
This description don't really correspond to the real game is you have only 2 ways permitting to go to the events, cheating or building a factory.

No, I can't "carve my own path in the game" if I must buy and manage a factory to go to the events because other features don't furnish enough money.

No, I can't "carve my own path in the game" if I must have many slaves and many whores to go to the events. If I decide to have only a lot of slaves, or to have only a lot of whores, there is no reason my sister would not call me.

edit: No, I can't "carve my own path in the game" if I must be as strong as superman and agile as Bruce Lee to manage an empire based on slavery and blackmail.

As the game is presented, like some sort of sandbox with a lot of freedom, the player must have choices, many choices. And if someone want to integrate some more events or more features like buildings in the game it is the first question he must ask to himself: can my requirements be reached by many ways of play, evidently without cheating!

All the rest is peanuts, players raging because too long size of download, players raging for to long time of grind, they are everywhere and you will never avoid them.

The main problem concerns the gameplay and mainly the lack variety in features in early and mid-game and it is far harder to solve than just some sweeping or optimizing in pictures and videos.

An easy way to drastically reduce the problem would be to permit to buy the base of the mansion very early in the game and to start the sis/mom events as soon as you have this. After that the game could permit a more linear progression.

The problem with this game and games in general is that too many players confuse opinions for facts. Opinions are subjective and just opinions. Repeating them over and over doesn't make them facts.

Here's a simple example. Throughout this thread's long history of posts, there are many many posts stating that the game is too grindy and money is too hard to get by. Unfortunately, there are also many many posts stating it is way too easy to get maxed out stats and money is way too easy to get your hands on, to the point that it quickly makes everything irrelevant. So which is it? Ask yourself this simple question, why were the factory earnings massively nerfed in the latest update? The answer is that money was way too easy to accumulate and numerous players had asked for a readjustment.

So, in the interest of fairness and to inform some players, here are ways you can choose to earn money in the game:
1. Get a job
2. Play football
3. Become a professional boxer
4. Become a porn star and make porn movies
5. Become a bouncer
6. Become a Taxi driver
7. Become a masseur
8. Become a 'happy ending' masseur
9. Train slaves for the sole purpose of selling them
10. Open a brothel
11. Manage your own camwhores
12. Manage a fleet of street whores
13. Buy stores
14. Buy factories
15. Complete client contracts on your computer
16. Make porn games
17. Steal cars with your gang and sell them to another gang
18. Steal cars with your gang and dismantle them for parts with your mechanics
19. Scout places for robbery and rob them
20. Sell drugs at the bar
21. Sell drugs at the gym
22. Manage a fleet of drug couriers and sell drugs to Tony
23. Complete racketeering contracts

That list may not even be complete... this is only all I can remember off the top of my head. You can now all decide individually if that can be considered 'choices'.

One last point. The prerequisites for the end game events ask only for a 5000 caps daily passive income. That can be achieved however the player feels. Factories are one of the easiest way to get there but certainly not the only way. Further proof of that statement is that factories were not even included in the initial calculations for the passive daily income (which was rectified promptly when pointed out).

Hate me if you so choose, I only speak the truth no matter how hard it may be to hear. Strec has stated he has blocked me and that he is ignoring me so if he replies to this message he will be a proven liar. Regardless, today is a sad day for this game. Ty to all that have supported it through its development and... yeah.

Take care!

i decided to look at the comments while downloading the game. now.... i don't know what i am more worried about. that i will not like it, or that i will. hahaha

like not liking it is sure annoying that i spent time downloading and etc.... but if i like it.... the sadness of finding this game only now would be even more annoying. i hope the devs are doing well. o7

Bloody hell ! I went through 192 pages just to find the 4th dev is quitting... Can't say I blame you. Seeing the same questions asked over and over again was draining. Can't imagine answering them...

I do find a lot of people ungrateful here. Beggars can't be choosers. But that is just my opinion.

Anyways, I am really enjoying your work Sky and Noob. Thanks for everything you have done.

It is the right mix of game, porn, rp and grind, I was searching for. We really need more "Mafia/Cartel" themed games with some rp elements like childrens and rise to power.

Honestly, it could almost make a prelude to my next FreeC game.

I will play through all the content then leave a review once I'm done. I sincerely hope you can continue your work (Mostly the Gang/Mafia part) . But if not, I wish you the best.

Thanks !
