Make sure you follow the 'Installation' instructions on the OP. If you are using a VM you have to select the correct video adapter in the Virtual Machine settings. Also read the 'Developer Notes/FAQ' section to see if anything there helps.

In nearly every case, it's due to an installation problem, not meeting the requirements, or not using the QSP version that comes with the game.

Like I can make someone else a Hitman, but not Victor. It seems weird

I repacked this as one massive file, and uploaded it to my Mega account, hopefully that helps a few of you out. Also, made a batch file to start the game for QSP noobs, extract the 21.3 gig rar somewhere, then click the Start.bat file.

Guys, a question. I have Victor in the gang, but how do I get him to kill Mabuta? (he got given a sniper rifle already) or did I make a mistake and should only have recruited him as a hitman instead of a gang member?

A good hitman will be a high level soldier with multiple kills from being the gunman for robberies. You also need to give them all the firearms. They should have completed the shooting training.

Any gang member that qualifies can be turned into a hitman. A hitman can be sent back to your gang after they kill your target.

This is mostly implemented already with the 'Female Body Preferences' feature that can be found in the Bathroom menu. More females will be generated that fit your body preferences (newly created) after using this feature. After setting your preferences, you can also use the 'Pimp that Bitch' cheat in the cheat menu on a female NPC that will bring them closer to your chosen preferences. Good luck!

Your relationship with the Chief of Police (Colonel Mace Rogozov) is too low. Visit him in the Strip Club and pay for his meals and fuck strippers with him.

What are the specific requirements for shooting training and assign hitman, i seem to also have the problem that i can't assign Victor as a hitman, i can assign a few others but there seems to be no rime or reason to it. Shooting lessons seems to be unavialable for every gang member, i have the mansion, given them a handgun and sniper rifle but no option for shooting lessons on the last update(haven't had this problem on any update before this and done a good amount of playthroughs, just cheating less this time around).

(okay just tried giving 1 of them every weapon, guess that's the requirement for shooting lessons, was that changed at some point?(maybe i was just giving all gang members every time when i was full on cheating though)). Still not sure why Victor of all people can't be a hitman.

It was due to his job (college degree required job) as a Teacher. You can remove his job with this console command:

manwork[npc]=0

I'm pretty sure guys with a college degree and college degree required job won't accept being a gang member but I could be mistaken.

If you remove his job, he'll get another one so you'll have to go through this process again if you reassign him as a hitman.

Perhaps I'll reevaluate the requirements...

I changed the requirements to the following:

Soldier level 7 or higher
Elite sniper (shooting skill)
At least one kill while being a gunman for robberies
Pistol, Shotgun, Automatic, Sniper Rifle (all firearms)

So even with these new requirements/changes, Victor still wouldn't qualify as his shooting skill isn't high enough yet and he doesn't have one kill yet.

Also females can no longer be police officers with patch 1b. Since females aren't well respected in the Evil 2 world, they wouldn't be taken seriously by the male gender so they wouldn't make good police officers.

Replace the two existing files with the two new ones in the .7z archive. The two files should be located in /Evil 2/Evil/

i did do that but still getting 85% more DD and !f breast when i set it to a more modest size. also want to increase the ratio of females i actually encounter outside of parties because in the street it's like 90% male

You'd have to edit the code yourself if you want more than what the 'Female Body Preferences' feature provides. If you have to ask how to edit it or what to edit then you shouldn't mess with the code.

Thanks for clearing it up what the requirements were and now are, i guess i'll have to start actually doing robberies now ( it's the 1 part i ignored in every playthrough so far ). Also thanks in general for editing the game and keeping things interesting i tried to edit the game myself at some point but didn't get much further then editing some variables.

All you have to do to make Pyotr Dragunova a hitman is give him a sniper rifle and remove his current gang assignment/job.

In your game Mabuta is already dead however.

Holy cow you have a ton of businesses, slaves, and whores! If you continue adding more the game may not be able to handle it. You have 500 NPCs and a hundred businesses or so. We never tested the game above 300 NPCs because it slowed the game down too much.
