You can't "unmake" a whore working in the brothel from the office it seems like. I'm yet to figure out exactly how that is done.

You can visit your brothel in the red light district, open after 11:00. Interact with the whore you want to reassign and pick her new job.

Also remember to assign a Madam to your brothel, otherwise it won't generate income.

Would it be possible to highlight negative events, like your gang members getting caught during a robbery, or your dealers having overdosed? Similarly how the player gets notified when a factory's contract expires?

This mostly already exists. When something bad happens to a whore or slave, the text line is indented. If any of your gang members, whores, or slaves get caught and end up in jail, you get a notification on the screen informing you at the end of the report. If someone dies, it is in bold letters.

Yes, I know, but personally I find the indented and bold text easily missable.
Getting the notification is very helpful. But there isn't one when one of your gang members gets killed or when one of your drug dealers or couriers dies. Those are the ones I was referring to, sorry for being unclear (case of TWT - typing while tired).

Improvements
- Hopefully made all deaths and jailings display in red text during the End of Day Earnings Report for easier viewing when bad things happen to your gang, slaves, or whores. This is the same text color that is used when one of your factory contracts is expired or about to expire. Should be a good improvement as long as you don't change your background color to red (then you won't see these warning messages).
Replace the two existing files in your game folder with the new files in the 7z archive. Game folder location: /Evil 2/Evil/
An expansion of the farm for some money production in the form of milking racks and pregnancy would be cool. Having to wait in a game about being evil till you have a mansion crammed full of maids etc to interact with your family seems a bit rough.

I understand what you are saying but it's designed this way for good reason. Your family lives far away from you and you wouldn't be in a position to help them if you didn't succeed in the game and become wealthy and powerful. The grind with the sandbox portion of the game is necessary for the visual novel style stories and events to make sense. No one is making large changes to the game currently and the game is in need of a new developer. skybarbie and I are still around and doing a few bug fixes and maintenace on the game but that's about it. The enhancement I did recently took me 15 minutes and made sense so I went ahead and implemented the change.
The links are bad,the go file one doesn't work, google one has too many download error and mega...well it is mega and uploadheaven speed is trash...new links anyone?

The Google Drive link won't be fixed but you can report the bad Gofile and Mega links to the moderation team. Control of the OP was taken away from us roughly two years ago so we can't edit or update the OP (or links) without asking a moderator to do it. You have as much power to get those links fixed as we do.
Last time I checked, the majority of the links worked but there are a select few that don't.

intel[npc]
This is the NPC's intelligence stat and it really only comes into play a few times with likeliness to going to college and whore acceptance. A smart NPC will likely attend or graduate from college and refuse whore invites.
Example:
intel[npc]=80
Range is generally 20-100. spectre1viper command injector is required. NPC must be on the screen when using the command.

So I changed the year to ten years later, but it seems like everyone's ages don't update until you open their NPC page. So does that mean that NPC pages you can't open can't get updated? I thought a new day would update all NPCs, but apparently not. Any way I can achieve this?

Doing what you did isn't supported. If you wish to rapidly age babies there is a cheat code for this:
family_tester=1
I'll consider adding code to support this but no promises...
