Sure. Use the cheat menu and choose 'Pimp me'. If you want your MC's dick to be really monumental, choose 'Chrushboss'.
Note that this will have other gameplay consequences, so save before you use one of those.

Not a bug so nothing to fix. Evil 2 is it's own fictitious world, partially based on earth but with plenty of differences. In addition, there's very little the MC, who is male, can do with other males in the game. For multiple reasons, the male to female birth rate highly favors females. The Evil 2 world is not meant to be an exact replica of our life here on earth.

Update

Development has started on the new event. I've spent the past two weeks trying to find a porn clip that would work well for the new event. I started looking before I announced that I was doing it. I went back and forth, back and forth on six different clips and wasn't fully satisfied with any of them. I'm basically creating my own unique scenario by piecing together multiple different clips. The event will feature one of my favorite porn actresses which I won't reveal until I release the new version. The new version should come out before the month is over, perhaps sooner.

No. This is puzzling since Victor Volkogonov doesn't qualify to be muscle for the Camorra cartel. How did he get this job? When I remove him from the muscle job, it doesn't give me the option to re-assign him the muscle job. His boxing skill is too low to qualify. I'm not sure how this happened but I added code to prevent this from occurring in the future.

FYI - In case anyone is wondering how Victor Volkogonov was earning that huge amount of caps when he didn't qualify for the job and the job shouldn't have been available in the first place I'll tell you. The gang member doing the muscle job gets paid based on their boxing and soldier skills. The amount paid gets reset every day, or at least it should be. Victor Volkogonov's boxing skill was below the minimum so he wasn't getting paid for his boxing skill, only his soldier skill. Since his boxing skill didn't fit into the job pay formula it wasn't getting reset and just kept accumulating.

I added code to force the pay to reset each time and a gang member who doesn't qualify for the muscle job will automatically be removed. There was a bug here but I can only see it happening if someone uses the 'spectre1viper command injector' to force the muscle job on a gang member who doesn't qualify. If there's another way for a gang member to get the muscle job when they don't qualify I'd like to know but, according to the code, I don't see how that's possible...

The new event is mostly complete but still needs to be polished and tested. The event will be another Social Experiment start (sorry) but it'll have several unique twists after that. I wanted to do something a bit different this time and hopefully players will enjoy it. The event will be quite a bit longer than the other two Social Experiment events. I'll probably release the new version sometime next week.

Aside from a few bug fixes, the new event will be the majority of the new version. I really struggled with writing it but I think it turned out well in the end. I definitely don't have the same motivation and creative inspiration I had in the past (hence, a good time to retire, at least for a long while). It isn't my best event but it should be good and production worthy. I'm probably being too hard on myself. Players will have to be the judge...

This has been addressed several times in the past but probably long before you found the game.

Slaves are mentally broken and don't make good mothers and can't care for a baby properly so you don't have the option to get slaves pregnant. The baby has to be raised and cared for by someone.

Slaves are there for one purpose - to earn you money. They can't do that if they're having babies. In addition, you would lose money since you'd have to hire a nanny to care for the slave's children. Slaves are trained sex workers and that's all they were meant to accomplish in the Evil 2 world.

An additional problem is who the father is going to be. Slaves have to be on birth control to avoid pregnancies since they're getting their brains fucked out all day long. You'd have to take them off of birth control for a while with only you having sex with them to ensure that you are the father. That's a lot of time where the slave isn't working and costing you money (one month off of birth control with a three month pregnancy).

Where are you going to house all these slave children? Slaves belong to you. Say you get 30 slaves pregnant per year and end up with 60 slave children. That would require a huge boarding house with tons of mouths to feed and clothe! Way too expensive and is the opposite of what slaves are for.

I understand that players want complete freedom but it just doesn't make sense in the Evil 2 game world. We could allow it but then we'd be the ones going against the game world. We do our best to protect it, despite some backlash from players.

Not sure if there is an easy option to fix this - I had a similar problem when I started playing this game and couldn't find an easy fix.
In the end I sat down and rearranged the windows until they fit my preferences again. I take it you noticed the background changing slightly when you drag a window, signaling you can pin it there? I don't know how to explain better.
Maybe skybarbie or noobtrain know a shortcut or reset. Just wait until they drop into the thread.

If you want to return to the default settings, simply re-extract the qspgui.cfg file and overwrite the one you 'messed up' in the Evil 2 folder.

If you want my configuration, here's the file in question. Simply unrar & put it in the Evil 2 folder and overwrite your existing one.

The qspgui.cfg can be safely deleted. It'll get recreated on game launch by the QSP Player. You can then change the defaults to anything you'd like.

Installation

Copy 'Evil 2 - 0_73.7z' to your 'EVIL 2' folder (not the 'Evil' folder). Right-click on the file - 7-zip - 'Extract Here' - 'Overwrite All' - Select OK to merge and overwrite the existing files. Don't create a new folder when extracting. If you aren't prompted to replace existing files then you didn't install the update correctly.

The 'Installation' section on the OP explains what files need to be downloaded for a new installation.


Notes

This update fully replaces version '0.72'. Please refer to the 'Installation' instructions on the OP if you're performing a full or new installation of the game.

The game is Windows only and the QSP Player that comes with the game is the only QSP player that will work. Too many players just click on the download links without reading the 'Game Overview - spoiler section' and 'Requirements' and then get frustrated that the game won't work.

Ensure that your window positions are set properly in the QSP Player. The game as well as the stories and events are optimized for the below window positions.



Notice that the last 'e' in 'Appearance' is nearly shaved off. The events and stories are designed so that no scrolling is required! If you have to scroll to see all the text then your window positions aren't optimized. I'll look really odd if you have one or two words line wrapping on each text line.

The 'Game Overview' and 'Developer Notes/FAQ' sections have been updated with additional information. Please read the 'Developer Notes/FAQ' section if you run into problems.

If no moderate or large bugs are reported I'll ask the moderators to publish and promote the game.

Only the torrent in the opening post.
The size of all the picture and video content in this game is enormous. Trying to put that into one single filesharing download that works for free users is not feasible.

Someone posted an all-in-one torrent for version 0.72. I don't know how many people are seeding it but if you can download it then you only need to download and install the new version 0.73 on top of it.

The total game size is around 23 GBs now. That's an enormous size to try and update and upload each release.

I'm retiring for a long while but there's always the chance that another developer will add to the game. skybarbie is another developer of the game who could release something in the future but who is also currently taking a break. Uncertain for now as no new updates are planned.

There's plenty of content to play through in the current version. I'd estimate that there's a good 40+ hours of gameplay with 25 of those hours being visual novel style events and stories (the second half of the game).
