That's correct. You can use the cheat there or even can try to get her off taking drugs via gameplay mechanic.
Would actually make sense to me if this was intentional - 'working' in the bordello or while walking the street is not really a situation where someone will actively try to get clean.
Being a camwhore, even with all that's involved in that job, I still can imagine someone having a positive enough outlook towards her future to try and get off drugs, especially if her incentive is high enough and the boss encourages her to do so.
ALso the random sex the npcs have are detrimental to the gameplay, first how the player would even know a random girl had a type 4 sex, like what? also your girl can also "cheat" on you on those reports, I for one would like this feature to be removed

I agree! That feature was added by assertiveless. noobtrain and I personally don't care for it so noobtrain added an option to disable the random sex feature:
disable_random_sex=1
assertiveless made a bunch of bug fixes and overhauled a few sections of the game several years ago. We try not to interfere with what other contributors do unless it goes against the Evil 2 game world, it's vision, or hurts the game. assertiveless did make a few changes that we reversed such as the ability to have sex with a girl of any age.
A different contributor added the squirting feature in the generic sex system.
Those are the only two instances that I can remember where new things were added by someone other than the main four developers for the game - spectre1viper, jessicajones, noobtrain, and skybarbie.
The stance we take with the game isn't always popular. We do our best to protect the game and maintain it's vision. Long fans of the game will remember the time when a player removed all the age requirements off of everything and posted his changes. Some players loved this change and basically a war ensued on this game forum when I stepped in and reversed it. The war went on for quite some time until the main proponent of the change got a thread ban with all his posts in this thread deleted by a moderator. It was months of angry attacks and chaos. We won't fold no matter how much pressure is applied if we don't think it's good for the game. It's impossible for everyone to share the same opinion and we understand that. The key is to have a friendly and cordial discourse with everyone trying to understand the other's position (not just their own).
i can't seem to be able to trigger Family trouble or mabuta ofering me to buy whores at his bar. There is a way to force it ?
Might not make sense that you know about it, but given that you're able to interrogate anyone and they're unable to lie to you, there's no reason you couldn't find out about it. It could be labelled as rumors I guess, which would make more sense as to how you know of it.
On the other hand disabling it from happening just seems weird af, characters have histories if relations and even work as prostitutes and somehow as soon they've met your character they just stop everything.
The system is crude and a bit pointless just like character familial relationships. What's the point of characters having siblings or children if you're not in any way allowed to interact with them (in fact I don't even think they're in the game?), in the same way what's the point of characters have sexual encounters if there's no consequence to it? As far as I can tell they don't have the encounter with another character and you're not allowed to confront them about it.

i Don't get it, i got a legendary sniper level marksman in my gang , with a sniper, 15 kills so far, highly loyal, high regard, gor 150k on the bank.. and.. the option don't appear.
There's not "become a hitman" or anything.
Do i have to put a contract on Mabuta? How do you put a contract on Mabuta?
I mean... it's really not that easy to understand what to do. i"ve spent last hour searching in those threads
Some say "50k on the bank and 5 kills and you guy can be a hitman"
Other "just find a mercenary and be friend with them"
There's a ton of different informations, and they often counter each others, the game is a few years in dev so, it's logical. But still, having a clear info could be fun, cause what the dev said is "just put your guy in shooter in robbery and after a few kill he ll be a hitman" and.. no, i just did that, i tried to do it with another charact, 5 kills, i might miss a thing, but i just don't get it
Do i have to trigger something like mabuta being angry at me once for the kill to happen?
I saved tried to piss him off by removing all girls from the streets and once it happened.. my guys still had no possibility to kill him

Awesome man, I remember, I play the first one to this day, I have customized my own qsp file with some personal changes, but since this is a "new" game I dont want to mess with it, having the option to disable random sex is enough for me. *whisper* in the original we also have codes for age unrestriction and family affection *whisper* but yes, some people with very high moral values give their butthurt opinion on a sex game site, go figure. For what this new vision wants I say it delivers, the selling drugs is profitable enough, progression is easier, but its evil, takes some grinding. so far so good, keep it up.

You have to have one or more whores or slaves working for you before you can make a deal with Mabuta at the strip club. Don't allow your whores or slaves to work more then one day before talking with Mabuta or bad things will happen. You don't buy whores from Mabuta. Mabuta is the most powerful and largest crime lord over the illegal sex trade in the area which you live. He gets a cut of your sex trade earnings (not brothel as it's a legal business once you set one up).

If you want to get to the 'Family Trouble' story immediately and don't mind using cheats there's a feature to accomplish this.

I recommend that you at least get familiar with the game mechanics and get some whores and slaves working for you before using this method. You'll be given the mansion and lots of things you may not have earned. You have to have these things in order for the 'Family Trouble' story to make sense.

I looked at the code and these are the requirements:
- Elite sniper shooting skill
- Soldier level 6 or higher
- Relationship of 100 or higher
- Gang member has to own all the firearms
- Has at least one kill being the 'Gunman for robberies' - 5 or more kills is recommended
- Can't be currently assigned to another gang job - unassign him

Tbh this one is a bit counter intuitive
Yeah took me like 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with my guy. 99% sure this wasn't the requirement in the original

Maybe another info popup, or sth. like the option 'Show how to deal with Mabuta' after the player gets confronted by him for the first time? Maybe even just adding an additional screen before the end of the scene like:
'How to proceed now?'

I'm not sure what you mean by "appointments". High society contacts are added during receptions at your mansion. You have the option of adding them as a contact or not when the reception ends if your reputation is high enough. If you aren't given the option to add them as a contact then keep building your reputation and having more receptions and you'll eventually get the option.
