Nothing bad really, mostly fights or boxing, and those dont show much. Most of the things considered "graphic" would be under the bdsm tag.

The feature worked fine for me with your save game.
Try typing in the following using the command injector: gs'dyn2'
Do the new pictures in the farm show up? Do the videos show up when watching porn on your computer in game? If not, then you didn't install the update properly.

thats probably it then, everything but the gangbang scenes works correctly

One medium length gangbang video should play when you click on "Have fun with your whore with the whole gang". There are no options or features beyond that. I did try to pick the best scenes and the scenes are high quality overall.
I did fix two unrelated bugs with the feature, the gangbang count number wasn't increasing and you could gangbang any whore, should be cumdump only.
After some time of playing the game I have an error where pictures just disappear. I don't know if it's caused by the use of cheats or is it something else. Also when I load save when everything was fine the pictures no longer appear.

thats just a problem with qsp, there should be a couple comments about it further up the thread
I have one more question. How to make girls satisfied? Do I stop at a certain point or they will stop? Penis size is average and I don't go for anal and other rough things unless they like it.

That kind of an open ended question. I would say it depends; sometimes they'll get tired and stop sex, other times they'll get upset and stop it then too. A majority of the time it will go on until your character cant get it up anymore, or until you the player get tired of playing the scene.

When this happens you have to close the QSP player and reopen it.
If the development of this starts up again on a different site it would be nice to know. I really liked this game.
Was the source of the children being born old bug ever found? I've poked around in the code a bit to try to fix it, but I only have a very passing understanding of QSP code.
This is one of those places where asking Kevin Smarts is probably the right thing to do, Kevin Smarts has been working with QSP for years and can definitely help you understand how it works.

I believe it has been fixed. If it hasn't and you are using version 1.2 or newer, then attach a save game of before and after the birth.

Installation
- Copy the 'Evil 2 Update 1_3.7z' file to your Evil 2 game folder that contains the QSP file and 'pic' folder (folder name 'Evil' which is under the 'Evil 2' folder)
- Right-click on the 'Evil 2 Update 1_3.7z' file - select '7-zip' - select 'Extract Here' (if you are asked to merge or overwrite, select 'Yes')
Update Notes
This update requires the base game - EVIL 2 1.1 to be installed first (if you haven't already). This update also requires the version 1.2 update to be installed first.
New save games are not required but you will have to advance to a new day if using an existing save game for the new features to work correctly. If you run into problems try typing the following into the spectre1viper command injector: gs'dinsex' & gs 'dyn2'
The video quality isn't as good as I'd hoped for with the BDSM videos. It is especially difficult to find good quality HD bdsm videos with good scenes (usually it's one or the other, not both). I chose good scenes over HD video in most cases because it fit the game a lot better.
This may be my last update for a while. I will still check this forum occasionally for bug reports. Happy Gaming!
Does this game have any of the gay/sissification elements from the original? I couldn't find any, i.e. can't work in the brothel even though it mentions making money.

Working in the brothel is only for female players which isn't possible since only the male start is enabled. There is no gay content currently and none is planned. Feminization is only possible for females currently (no transexuals or transformation).
spectre1viper had to streamline the game to make it work well. The original game tried to be all things to all people and it caused too many bugs and problems.
