This is a prologue/intro only at this point. The overview on the OP isn't reflected in the story presented so far. Instead we are shown arriving at a hotel/boarding house/apartment with females being all the existing residents. We are given a tour and meet with all of them. Typically we have a menu choice at the point we meet each woman with one giving a stat boost over the other. It's not obvious at times which is the better choice -- for example "Hi" versus "Hi..." -- but as the UI gives a brief notice in the upper-left when these stat changes occur, you can rollback and try the other.)
The visuals are standard "honey select" models and locales. The phrasing/wording is at times awkward, but not too bad, especially since the developer isn't a native English speaker. There are some typos such as the misspelled "Disclaimer" in the splash screen. Having someone else do a quick proofread of the text always can help.
One thing I did find annoying (and unfortunately not uncommon to see in VNs) is "texting speak" like "cya". The story and dialogue here is supposed to be what people actually say out loud: People say "see you" or "see ya" or the like. Granted, some folks actually say "lol" as a word in casual conversations, but never unpronounceable abbreviations like "cya".
Regardless, this is a pretty standard start to a harem-style VN. I'm hoping to get more background/history in future updates that includes the more interesting bits described in the overview.
