May I request a quote for a character sheet? Front, side, rear view?
- I'm not looking for anything too specific, but I'll gladly provide details for creative guidance.
- Time wise, I'm not in a rush, feel free to fit it between other projects and life.
- If its easier to approach, I'm happy commissioning each individually if it seems like too much at once, pay as you go model (priority: Front > side > rear).
- If its not too much of a time sink for you, I may request a second character sheet if you are open for a similar commission (I understand that doing too much makes a hobby feel more like a job/chore).
Purpose: I am beating my head on a brick wall trying to get an understanding of anime style proportions, which your style seem to match what I'm thinking. I tend to create vector art and animated puppets, by my style is more like that of Total Drama Island. So my sense of proportions is all f'ed up and I can't seem to find a consistent model or reference. My intention is to copy your work, and convert it to a 3D character template model, maybe even do a ball and joint study. From there I'll use the 3D mannequin for studying (such as trying out different poses and trying to draw the poses), and seeing if the ratios work with my workflow (converted to a puppet, much like your animation I assume).
